Yeah....

The Everything Test
There are many different types of tests on the internet today. Personality tests, purity tests, stereotype tests, political tests. But now, there is one test to rule them all.

Traditionally, online tests would ask certain questions about your musical tastes or clothing for a stereotype, your experiences for a purity test, or deep questions for a personality test. We're turning that upside down - all the questions affect all the results, and we've got some innovative results too! Enjoy :-)

Personality

You are more logical than emotional, more concerned about self than concerned about others, more religious than atheist, more loner than dependent, more workaholic than lazy, more rebel than traditional, more artistic mind than engineering mind, more idealist than cynical, more leader than follower, and more extroverted than introverted.

As for specific personality traits, you are adventurious (100%), romantic (86%), intellectual (73%), artistic (72%).

Stereotypes

College Student

88%

Young Professional

82%

Hippie

74%

Life Experience

Sex

42%

Substances

16%

Travel

33%

 Politics
Your political views would best be described as Libertarian, whom you agree with around 79% of the time.

 Socioeconomic
Your attitude toward life best associates you with Middle Class.
Time Will Tell When To Take The Cake Out Of The Oven

I'm going dancing tonight, I hope it's swing. :) Unfortunately Lindsay can't go because she has to work so she can be off for Fairy Day (Saturday). It's ok though, she will be able to go every week after this Friday. I think I'll probably be dancing with Maddy since she will probably be the only person I will know there. She is a girl I met at SouthEast and has been encouraging us to go ever since.

Work is going well. I talked to my division level manager (my manager's manager) about the probability that they will keep me on full time after my coop. He said that they were worried that I wasn’t wanting to since I don’t really socialize that often. I told him that I just love what I do, that I enjoy coming to work every day. He seemed really pleased and said that he already has the paperwork underway to get me on. :D So hopefully in August I will start getting paid what real UPS programmers get paid. All I'll say about the salary is that it will be very comfortable. If you already know what I make (which is only like 2, maybe 3 people) it's a minimum of 1.5x what I get paid currently. So with that it look like I'll be able to put away a lot for whenever I get married and get a house.

School sucks. I’m giving a speech on Saturday about lock licking. Everyone else in the class were giving a How To speech on making break, building a deck, washing cloths, etc., so I decided to be a little different. It should go well, but keep your fingers crossed.

Well I should get back to work. Later!

"Love Is A Many Splendid Thing
Love Lifts Up Where We Belong
All You Need Is Love"

Prom Was Freaking Amazing

Whitefield Academy's prom was amazing, a lot better than Male's ever was or will be.
I'll post more pictures later, as soon as I can get them from Lindsay. :D

What would the world be like without oil?

My cat, Ms. Luna, caught a bird this weekend which really freaked my mom out. In the middle of the night she started hearing this chirping sound coming from the living room. Upon inspection my mom found a baby bird trying to hop away from Ms. Luna, the black cat of death. She was able to catch it and put it in a basket before it was seriously maimed. On my way taking it to Our Park to let it go it and I had a very deep conversation. It was filled with *chirp* and *khaa*. I hope it does well.

Have you ever looked into someone's eyes and saw sadness? If you ask them what is wrong of course they will say something like "I'm not feeling well", or "I'm tired", but you know something more is going on. I looked into sad eyes this weekend and it made me feel helpless. This person and I are basically strangers, I've only met her twice now, but I really felt sorry for her. I wanted to do something for her, console her, talk to her, or just be there for her, but it wasn’t my place. I'm glad you had a good time on Friday and the pictures were beautiful, but the eyes don’t lie. Though we're practically strangers if you ever need to talk I'm there to listen.

Well I'm all itchy now, and I will be until about 9:30 tonight. aarrrggg I decided to get my hair cut today on my lunch break instead of tomorrow after work. Maybe I should have waited. Oh well, at least it's done. She took a little too much off in the back, but then again I was starting to get weird looks from my boss. The conservativeness of the corporate world annoys me. *scratch* *scratch* Yea the rest of my day will be full of that.

Cookie Cutter People Piss Me Off.........

Rumors make drama, disorder, depression, dishonesty, and degradation of character. So why are they so prevalent in high school? People who lead so boring, stagnant, and routine lives realize just that, and must start some excitement no matter what the costs.

Exactly what costs would that be? Perhaps someone having a bad day, or maybe to the extent of someone being thrown out of school. The effects of rumors are unpredictable which is why they can be so dangerous.

You thought it was someone you could trust, someone who you can confide in. You came to them then you were feeling down. You were their shoulder they could cry on. How did this all come about? A friendship lost, caused by a spreading of false words, and false words they are, nothing but lies.

I've watched so many friendships get lost and best friends become worst enemies in high school. It really saddened me and every time I would just ask myself "what's the point?".

For someone who had their fair share of rumors spread about them, there came a point that I began thinking differently about them. I began to passively study the behavior properties of rumors. One day in biology I actually had the thought “Can Rumors Actually Be Classified As Being Alive?”

For something to be classified as being alive it must:
- Reproduce
- Obtain And Use Energy
- Grow, Develop, and Die
- Respond To The Environment

Can Rumors Reproduce?
The question is simple enough, but it's a hard one to answer. Fact is that rumors can not reproduce themselves without "help". Help comes form a confidence-inept -socialalite where an incorrect thought comes about. It then injects these overzealous ideas into a single host. Some hosts have the ability to dissolve these construed thoughts with disbelief, but sadly other aren’t as strong. Once the idea is within a single host, soon the rumor is bursting like a soap bubble amongst the general population that is the student body. This is essentially how rumors spread. Luckily, in most cases rumors attack and affect a single person, but of course we all know that would be the best case scenario. Often times they hurt more than what was intended or expected.

Do Rumors Obtain And Use Energy?
A rumor is not made up of cells, so it does not need food. It does need a mouth to reproduce from, but it does not require energy, technically.

Do Rumors Grow, Develop, And Die?
In the student body, the rumors are produced as complete entities, technically there is no growth, but they do evolve. Things get added, removed, modified, and eventually there are several different versions of the rumors. "I heard this, but you heard that" Rumors do have the ability to adapt over time to the environment, so one could state that they do develop. Dying is also something a rumor can do. Over time it looses its ability to invade new hosts and effectively "dies out". Some rumors die out only a few hours when they aren't in reach of a new host. Most rumors are quite weak, but some have been know to stay dormant. Some rumors can sleep inside a host only to be reawakened when the time is right.

Do Rumors Respond To Their Environment?
Well, yes and no. Rumors are inert. They can not move by themselves, but always need some means of transport, be it a drama queen or simply the grape vine. As I said above rumors adapt to their environment by constantly being manipulated and changed. These "mutations" make it very hard to effectively eliminate the rumor (it's always trying to stay ahead of the game.

Like viruses, to eliminate the rumor one has to find Host Zero. Host Zero is the originator of the rumor. From that person it has spread like an epidemic, and only from that person can it end. Unfortunately, though the rumor may end damage has already been done, but there are a few things that can help the spreading of rumors.

1)	If you hear a rumor, treat it cum grano salis.
2)	If you hear a rumor about someone and you know for a fact it isn’t true SPEEK UP.
3)	Stay out of other people’s business and don’t talk about what you don’t know.
4)	If you even think about spreading a rumor or talking about someone behind their back just note, it will come back three fold.

That is all.

Did you get that memo?

Today at UPS is employee appreciation day. They are giving away free coffee, hot chocolate, and cake. w00t! My cubicle neighbor says it doesn’t apply to co-ops, that I just get the pleasure of cleaning up the mess. Of course he was joking. He likes to be hard on the co-ops because he use to be one. :)

So yesterday I went out to dinner with a few people. It's been a while since I went out to dinner with the Tuesday Night Crew so it was good times. While waiting for everyone to get to the theater I overheard a girl talking about Ballard’s prom and I realized it's about that time. Girls will get their hair done, manicures and makeup, guys will order their tuxes (speaking of which I should be getting mine soon), and order a corsage. Of course the girl wont be ready when her date arrives and she knows it. Is she really running behind or is she wanting to grow the anticipation? As she begins her decent down the stairs the night will begin, and what a night it will be. Eating and talking with friends, dancing till exhaustion, and maybe even an after party will be the agenda for the night. It will end all too soon, but both will go to sleep with a smile on their face. The night may have lasted hours but they will look upon that night for years.

After dinner Jeff tried to get above the $100 mark on his Kroger card but failed. :( He even went back and bought something just to try and get above $100 but for some reason what he bought didn't count. T__T While we were at Kroger I got a call from Lindsay. She had just gotten off of work so she walked over and we talked for a bit. We couldn’t talk long since Jeff had to finish typing a paper but any time with her makes me happy. :)

Sara I’ll save my Soap Box for another time.

Leaves Eyes – The Dream

Where do you sleep
What do you dream
What do you need
To be free

I see a little island
Where ebb and flow meet
We curl up by the fire
Your breath in my ear
We've found our paradise
Where fruits and flowers grow
The ocean's ground is white
Reflects the moonlight that glows

I cover you warm
Fall asleep upon my chest
I protect you from harm
And I will quench your thirst

When do we meet
Our love proceeds
When you are here
I am real too
Aah aah

You're my queen
You're my angel
You're the love I breathe to live

You're my star
You're my leading light
You're the beauty I see at night

You're my queen
You're my angel
You're the dream I breathe to live

Where do you sleep
What do you dream
